The classical palace was built in 1927, as a
copper plate in the gate informs. It includes a large courtyard (photo below) where one
can park mopeds (a rarity in Rome, and garages are expensive).
Admiral Sebastiano Veniero, whom the street
commemorates, was the commander of the Venetian fleet in the famous and victorious sea
battle of Lepanto (1576 AD) against the Turkish fleet. |

It is a two (double) bedroom apartment, with
sitting/ dining room, ample kitchen, and bathroom. It is very bright, and quiet, also with
double glazing (double glazed windows). It is at the 3rd floor without elevator.

The door of the apartment is reinforced, and
has an efficient security lock, both measures actually unnecessary. In fact the quarter,
including the Vatican, is very safe, and in the palazzo there are just a few discrete
families. When entering the apartment, the cozy and charming foyer, with its fine
paintings, its mirror, a wooden bench, and delicate lamps sets one at ease.
The foyer is followed by the spacious
sitting/dining room, which has two separate areas: a sitting room space, and a dining room
one.

comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table, bookshelves, a colour TV with satellite dish to
watch CNN and the major international programs, a little table for the telephone, and fine
paintings.

dining area has a large wooden table and chairs for 6, a fine chest of drawers,
bookshelves, and fine paintings.
This large room, like all the ones in the
apartment, is endowed with air conditioning of finest quality (wall mounted silent
refrigerators, with external engine, and computerized remote control). |

king size beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, and in general quality furnitures.

The two double bedrooms are
similar. They are very bright, and they receive sunlight from opposite angles, like the
entire apartment. One room (right photo) receives direct sunlight in the morning, like the
bathroom and the kitchen, while the other (left photo) is exposed to the sun mostly in the
afternoon, like the sitting-dining room.
Both bedrooms, like the sitting-dining room, have high quality wall-mounted air
conditioners, with silent external engine, and computerized remote control. One of the two
rooms (right photo) has two windows.

spacious and very bright. It is utmost equipped. It includes a high quality top-loading
new washing machine ("Siemens" brand), a microwave oven, large fridge and large
freezer, with separate doors (they were left open in the photos to show how spacious they

There are many cupboards and
fine baskets to store food and of course all the necessary items to cook, supplied
meticulously (including a kettle, scales etc). The furnitures are well assorted, and very
modern.
The bathroom is
sparkling, and bright. It has all the necessary elements, including a bidet, and a large
sink with spacious planes to put personal items, which can be stored also in the closets
beneath it. There is also a large mirror.
The shower, whose walls are covered with tiles, has a fine glass door, and was designed by
an architect. It has high quality shower handset and knobs. |

foyer. It includes an iron, iron board, laundry
basket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils. EQUIPMENT: high quality air conditioning in every room
(wall mounted silent central conditioning with remote computerized control), colour
TV with satellite dish to watch CNN and the major international programs,
telephone, high quality Panasonic answering machine (with two
outgoing messages), new top-loading Siemens washing machine (better than
normal front-loading), microwave oven, iron with iron board.

one expects are present: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. Linen and towels are adequately
supplied. This apartment is a new acquisition. The apartment has the same quality criteria
of our apartments. It has quality in all its details, the price is reasonable. |
